ORDER CANCELLATION
It is possible to cancel the order, provided that the following instructions are met:
For orders placed after 10:00 AM, you can cancel until 11:00 AM the following day at the latest.
For orders placed before 10:00 a.m., you can cancel until 11:00 a.m. on the same day at the latest.
Cancellations that do not comply with the instructions provided will not be accepted.

The cancellation can also be made through the personal area of the user who made the purchase of the order in question.
Can I modify the order?
It is possible to modify the address and/or modify the order (remove products, reduce the quantity or replace them with others), provided that the following instructions are met:
For orders placed after 10:00 AM, you can cancel until 10:00 AM the following day at the latest.
For orders placed between midnight and 10:00 AM, cancellations can be made until 10:00 AM on the same day at the latest. Modifications that do not comply with the stated instructions will not be accepted.

You will need to tell us which products you wish to remove or replace. If replacing products, you will also need to tell us which new products you wish to add to the order and the quantity.
If the modification results in a new total amount higher than the initial order, you will need to pay the difference to reach the new total. If the modification results in a new amount lower than the initial order, we will refund the difference to reach the new total.
The modification can also be made through the personal area of the user who made the purchase of the order in question.
The seller reserves the right to refuse order modifications for organizational reasons or if they would be detrimental to the seller.
WARRANTY
If you are a consumer, all products have a two (2) year warranty, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
Unless proven otherwise, products will be deemed to conform to the contract provided they meet all the requirements set out below, unless, due to the circumstances of the case, one of them is not applicable:
a) They conform to the description made by the seller and possess the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
b) Be suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily put.
c) Be suitable for any special use required by the consumer and user when he has made it known to the seller at the time of conclusion of the contract, provided that the latter has admitted that the product is suitable for such use.
d) They possess the usual quality and performance characteristics of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect.
If the product does not conform to the contract, the consumer and user may choose between demanding the repair of the product, its replacement, a price reduction or the termination of the contract.
The seller is not responsible for damage to the products resulting from misuse, as well as for acts or omissions by the User that do not conform to the specifications of each Product or for damage caused by third parties not affiliated with the seller.
If the user or consumer believes that any of the products in the order do not conform to the indicated specifications, they must report this immediately, specifying the products in question, as well as informing of the identified defects and whether they wish to return or replace them, through:

The order and products, whether a return or replacement is requested, must be sent in the same condition as received, either through a courier proposed by the seller or by your own means.
Once the products have been inspected, and within a reasonable timeframe, we will send an email to the user or consumer informing them whether or not a refund or replacement is applicable. If applicable, the refund will always be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within thirty (30) calendar days of the date we receive the notification or the returned products, and the user or consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
The full amount paid for any products returned due to a defect or fault, where such a defect or fault actually exists, will be refunded, including the original delivery charges and the return shipping costs. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the buyer is a consumer, they may return the products within 14 calendar days (withdrawal period), starting from the date of delivery. After this period, the seller reserves the right to accept or reject the return, unless the warranty period applies.
To process a return, you must communicate with us, either through your personal area or by indicating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal, specifying the products you wish to return, by notifying us through:

You may use the withdrawal form included as an ANNEX to these Legal Terms and Conditions of Sale, although you are not obligated to use the provided form. Simply notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before the corresponding deadline expires.
Once we receive the notification, we will acknowledge receipt of the exercise of such right.
The management and transport costs incurred as a result of the return of the products will be borne by the user or consumer, therefore the shipment must be made with postage paid.
The user or consumer must return the products in the same condition in which they were received, either through the courier company provided by us or by their own means.
The seller reserves the right to refuse returns if the returned merchandise is damaged or defective during shipping. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Once the returned products have been inspected, and within a reasonable timeframe, we will email the user or consumer to inform them whether or not the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, always within the legal period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we receive the notification or the returned products. You must inform us in the same request to exercise your right of withdrawal if you wish the refund to be issued via a different payment method than the one used for the original order.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold the refund until we have received the products or the user or consumer has provided us with proof of their return.

The deadline will be considered met if the return is made before the indicated period has elapsed.
The refund will include, in addition to the cost of the products, the delivery costs to the initial shipping address (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the direct costs of return (transport costs) must be borne by the user or consumer, who will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
If you return the products with postage due, we will be authorized to charge you for any expenses we may incur.
Exercising the right of withdrawal will not entail any additional charge or cost, without prejudice to the specifications contained in these Legal Terms of Sale, as well as any applicable legal provisions.
Below we indicate the section of article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which states that there is no right of withdrawal:
d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
f) The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
