Shipment

Shipping within the European Union is FREE for all orders (except the Canary Islands).

Any order with a shipping address outside of these geographical areas will be cancelled and the amounts received will be refunded.

You will be able to track your order once it has been handed over to the transport company and you have received the tracking code.

We assume no responsibility for order delivery failures resulting from false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the user or consumer, or when delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the product's absence or being held in customs. Likewise, we assume no responsibility if the order remains uncollected after the designated collection period. In such cases, we will consider the contract terminated and the order cancelled. We will refund all payments received, excluding shipping costs (delivery and/or return shipping), as a result of this cancellation.

Without prejudice to your contractual and legal rights, in order to expedite the processing of any incident related to the shipment of your order, please inform us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours), indicating or detailing the incident related to the shipment: If it is a lack or loss of any of the purchased products, if they are damaged, the packaging is open, etc.

The seller does not accept P.O. boxes as valid home delivery addresses. If such an address is provided, the contract will be invalid and the seller will not be obligated to fulfill it.

Confirmation

Once payment is made, you will receive an order confirmation email. The products will be delivered to the address provided by the user or consumer within the chosen or indicated delivery timeframe.

We will send you the purchase receipt for your order.
