Benefits of applying REVER STS

·Reverses the sexuality of female cannabis plants
After applying REVER STS, female cannabis plants produce male flowers with XX sex chromosomes, so their pollen can be used to obtain feminized seeds. In some cannabis varieties with very expressive XX chromosomes, buds with both male and female flowers can be found simultaneously.

Dose

·1-1.5 g/L reverse osmosis water
Application mode

·Dilute REVER STS in reverse osmosis water at the indicated dose and place this solution in the sprayer-atomizer
• It should be applied via foliar spray to sexually mature plants, either before they have started to flower (for example: indoors, 3-5 days before the change of photoperiod to 12/12, and outdoors around the beginning/mid of July) or immediately after the first hairs appear (for example: indoors, 10-15 days after the change of photoperiod to 12/12, and outdoors around the end of July and beginning of August)
·Indoors, spray the plant to the "drip point", saturating each node and apex, shortly before turning off the lights, as STS is photosensitive and degrades rapidly with light
·Outdoors, spray the plant at dusk
·In both types of cultivation (indoor and outdoor), repeat the application daily until the male flowers appear and have fully developed (the reversal is visible approximately 10-20 days after the first application, depending on the variety)
·Apply using personal protective equipment (latex gloves, mask and safety glasses)

The aqueous silver thiosulfate (STS) solution has an approximate shelf life of 10-20 days in a tightly sealed container, protected from light and stored at a temperature of 4-8°C. Therefore, it is ideal to prepare a fresh aqueous silver thiosulfate (STS) solution each time it is to be applied to a female plant.
